Angela Romeo began her dance training at the Ballet Royale Academy under the direction of Donna Pidel. After graduating, she received the Maryland Distinguished Scholar Talent in the Arts Scholarship for Dance and studied at Goucher College. Mrs. Romeo graduated cum laude from Loyola College with a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education. As a regular guest dance instructor, Mrs. Romeo has choreographed numerous musicals as well as original works for school performances and college placement. She has continued her dance training by attending master classes and workshops both locally and in New York. Mrs. Romeo is a member of Kinetics Professional Dance Company and performs contemporary works in Maryland, D.C. and Pennsylvania. She is the director of the dance program at Mount de Sales Academy, teaching ballet as a fine arts elective. Mrs. Romeo has been a faculty member at the Ballet Royale Institute of Maryland since 1993, teaching ballet and modern dance. She lives in Catonsville with her husband and three children.
